The Legal Committee is an ad-hoc committee created by the Presidency with the aim to help from the legal side the professional activity in the days when the legal background is getting more and more complicated. It has the task to form an opinion from the legal point of view about the drafts of decrees, the presidential decisions and contracts. If necessary it can represent HFA in case of official, registration and legal cases.

The leader of committee is Dr. György Hegedűs.
